A penguin is driving through the desert when his car breaks down. So he finds the nearest town and pushes his car to it, in which he finds a mechanic in his garage. He goes the mechanic and asks for a fix.
The mechanic says, “Alright, but it will take a few hours. Why don’t you go into town and come back later?”
The penguin complies and spends a couple of hours in town. He decides to buy some ice cream, and gets some around his face. Try as he might, his short flippers cannot reach his face to wipe the ice cream off. Defeated, he returns to the garage.
“Looks like you blew a seal,” says the mechanic.
“No, it’s Vanilla Ice Cream,” says the penguin.
“Well it’ll take a little bit longer to fix, so you’d better go back into town and return later,” says the mechanic.
Once again, the penguin goes into town. After spending some time browsing around, he returns to the garage once more.
The penguin attempts to get the mechanic’s attention, who is busily working with the car. The penguin tries one last time to get the mechanic’s attention over the loud noises of the machines.
“Come again?” asks the mechanic.
“No, still Vanilla Ice Cream.”
When I feel warm, I turn on the AC or fan. When I start feeling a little chilled again, instead of turning the AC/fan off I just reach for another layer.
